According to NCC News, quoted from the International Cooperation and Engineering Services Export Office of NCC, by sending a message to the director general of NCC, Oleg Skufinskiy, head of Russia's official cadastre and cartography agency (Rosreestr), expressed his sympathy regarding the crash of the helicopter which carried on board President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ebrahim Raisi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and their accompanying delegation.

The text of the message is as follows:

 

Dear Mr. Ali Javidaneh,

This is to inform you that with profound soulful sorrow we learned about helicopter’s crash, which carried on board President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ebrahim Raisi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and their companions.

On behalf of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography and on my own behalf, I would like to express my deepest condolences in connection with the grief that has befallen the Iranian people.

I pass on my words of sincere sympathy and support. The memory of these courageous people will remain forever both in the Islamic Republic of Iran and in Russia.

I am confident that the courage and resilience that distinguish Iranian people will allow to overcome the consequences of the tragedy.
