According to NCC News, quoted from the International Cooperation and Engineering Services Export Office of NCC, the fifth international training course for ECO members states will be held by NCC on August 20 and 21, 2023.

After the successful holding of the fourth ECO international training course in June 2022, this organization has decided to hold the fifth international technical training course on "The Role of Cartography in the Optimal Presentation of Spatial and Statistical Information" for ECO member states as a webinar in English by the International Cooperation Office of NCC, ECO secretariat and with cooperation of the Department of Cartography and National Atlases of NCC on August 20 and 21, 2023.

It should be noted that that the fourth international training course on “Basics of Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR), Remote Sensing” was held as a webinar in English with the participation of ECO member states by the International Relations Office of NCC and ECO secretariat in cooperation with the General Department of Aerial and Spatial Surveying of NCC on 20-22 June 2022 .

It is worth mentioning that NCC is one of the active members of the Energy, Mineral and Environment Committee of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) as well as the committe of Human Resource and Sustainable Development of ECO. The organization has been selected for the third time as the Secretary of the ECO Geomatics Committee and has so far held several international training courses.

The Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) has 10 members, including Iran, Afghanistan, Turkey, Pakistan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
