According to NCC report, Dr. Mirkazemi, Vice President and Head of Plan and Budget Organization, after holding the international specialized training course for ECO member states by NCC, in a letter to Dr. Ali Javidaneh, Director General of National Cartographic Center of the Islamic Republic of Iran, while thanking The actions of NCC stated: "International communication will improve the quality level of NCC."
 
It is worth mentioning that the forth international specialized training course on “Basics of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Remote Sensing” was held as a webinar in English with the participation of ECO member states on 20-22 June 2022 by NCC in cooperation ECO secretariat.

It is noted that the Virtual Capacity Building Workshop with the aim of capacity building for member countries was organized by the National Cartographic Center of the Islamic Republic of Iran with the support of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO). The program was designed to raise and improve awareness, knowledge, and understanding of the SAR, to introduce and inform participants of its use and applications.
