The National Cartographic Center of Iran (NCC) and the Geographical Organization of Armed Forces will jointly host the 29th National Conference and Exhibition on Geomatics Engineering and Spatial Information, alongside the 5th International Iran Geo Exhibition. The events are scheduled to take place from November 19 to 22, 2025, at Halls 7 and 27 of the Tehran International Exhibition Center.

 Experts and professionals in geomatics are invited to submit papers on a range of topics, including:

 • Precise surveying and microgeodesy

• Photogrammetry and map production/updating

 • Geodesy, geodynamics, positioning, and navigation

 • Remote sensing and monitoring of geometric-descriptive changes

 • Hydrography, marine chart production, and sea-level monitoring

 • Cartography, map and atlas creation, and geographical naming

 • Spatial data infrastructure, systems, and services

 • Geomatics and environmental hazards: subsidence, earthquakes, climate change, and more

• Geography, land use planning, water crises, and energy imbalances

 • Governance using spatial data: planning, policymaking, e-government, and cadastre

 • Geomatics and emerging technologies: artificial intelligence, IoT, metaverse, quantum computing, digital twins, and robotics.

 The deadline for paper submissions is October 7, 2025, with review results to be announced on October 23, 2025.
