Signing the Protocol of the Joint Meeting of NCC of Iran with the State Committee of Land Management and Geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan to export Technical and Engineering Services
After hours of visits and intensive meetings between the State Committee of Land Management and Geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan and the head and senior managers of NCC, the protocol of the joint meeting of NCC of Iran with the State Committee of Land Management and Geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan in order to export technical and engineering services was signed.

According to the International Relations on NCC, after hours of visits and intensive meetings between the State Committee of Land Management and Geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan and the head and senior managers of NCC, the protocol of the joint meeting of NCC of Iran with the State Committee on Land Management and Geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan in order to issue technical and engineering services was signed.
In line with the implementation of the international memorandum of understanding concluded between the State Committee of Land Management and Geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan (SCLMG) and NCC of the Islamic Republic of Iran, a delegation consisting of the director general and senior managers of NCC for the purpose of assessing the needs and evaluating the technical priorities of SCLMG in the field of spatial information visited the central building of SCLMG in Dushanbe with the presence of its president and senior managers from 8:00 AM, October 3, 2022 until 8:00 PM, October 5, 2022.
While welcoming, Aref Khajezadeh thanked the director general of NCC and his accompanying delegation for accepting the official invitation and attending the meeting. After introducing his team members, he continued to express the main needs of the committee in the field of spatial information. Ali Javidaneh also presented the general objectives of the meeting with the focus on providing leadership and technical and engineering advice to the State Committee on Land Management and Geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan.
in order to more accurately assess and determine the technical needs of the State Committee on Land Management and Geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan, the delegation of NCC visited various specialized departments and sub-committees.
In this regard, four subsidiary institutions of the State Committee on Land Management and Geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan under the title of Geodesy Institute, Cartography Institute, Aviation and GIS Institute and Earth Studies Institute were visited.
Following the intensive technical visits of NCC, a visit was also made to the immovable property institute, and then during a meeting, the detailed performance of this institute was examined. Also, a visit was made to the Tajik-Zaminsaz Institute, which is involved in soil studies and map preparation, and then an intensive meeting was held with the managers of the government committee.
At the end of the intensive technical visits of NCC, during an intensive expert meeting and hours of technical discussion regarding the text and provisions of this protocol, an agreement was finally reached on how to issue technical and engineering services, then the protocol was signed.
It should be noted that the technical visit of NCC was held after the official invitation of the State Committee on Land Management and Geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan from the delegation of NCC of the Islamic Republic of Iran with the coordination made with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the city of Dushanbe, the capital of the Republic of Tajikistan, with the presence of Mr. Saberi, the honorable ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
It is worth mentioning that the delegation of NCC of the Islamic Republic of Iran was chaired by Dr. Ali Javidaneh, the Director General of NCC, Dr. Sediqi, the Technical Deputy, and Engineer Moradian, head of International Cooperation and Technical and Engineering Services Department.
It should be noted that it was decided that after one month, the State Committee on Land Management and Geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan will announce the details of its needs and the way to present the conditions for the presence of the Iranian side to NCC through diplomatic channels; and NCC of Iran by the end of December would announce the detailed plan for the issuance of technical and engineering services according to the signed protocol.
